REFUND POLICY

At Bread and Butter, we aim to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our customers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a reservation to be canceled or modified. Therefore, we have developed a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure that you are fully informed of your rights and options.

1. Reservation Cancellations
1.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation
Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 24 hours before the reserved time. In this case, any advance payment made for the reservation will be fully refunded.
1.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time, Bread and Butter reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time of booking.
1.3. No-show
In the event that a customer does not show up at the reserved time and has not notified us of the cancellation in advance, no refunds will be made, and any advance payment will be retained as compensation for the lost reservation.

2. Reservation Modifications
2.1. Modifications made at least 24 hours before the reservation
Customers may request to change the time or date of their reservation at least 24 hours before the original reservation time, depending on availability. If the change is possible, no additional fees will be charged.
2.2. Modifications made less than 24 hours before the reservation
Modifications requested less than 24 hours before the reservation may only be accepted based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

3. Refunds
3.1. Advance payments
All advance payments for reservations, including deposits for large groups or special events, will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the reservation.
3.2. Refund method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method initially used. Please note that there may be delays in processing refunds depending on the financial institution involved.

4. Special Events and Large Groups
4.1. Cancellation and refund policy for special events
For special events (such as private parties, corporate events, etc.), the cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the specific agreement made at the time of booking. Any deposit or advance payment may be non-refundable, depending on the agreed terms.
4.2. Cancellation of reservations for large groups
For large groups (10 or more people), a cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund of any advance payments.

5. Force Majeure
5.1. In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, etc.), Bread and Butter reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to discuss refund or rescheduling options.
